Ordering and Shipping
Standard Delivery

Please allow up to 2-5 working days for delivery. Please note that we will need to wait ten working days from the date of dispatch before we can investigate the non-arrival of an item.

Cut off time for this service is 11:00am Monday-Friday (excluding Bank Holidays). Orders are subject to stock availability.

Express Delivery

Express service is available for those who wish to get their item faster. As the delivery service is requires a signature, please ensure that someone is at your delivery address within the delivery times. Failure to do so may cause unnecessary delays and Chinese Medicine 365 will not be liable.

Delivery Subject to Stock Availability

Due to the range and the nature of our product, we cannot guarantee that all items are available at all time. We will get in touch if any of the products you have ordered are not in stock and will recommend an alternative if appropriate. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Payment Methods:

You can only pay for Products using a debit card or credit card or Paypal. Payment for the Products and all applicable delivery charges is in advance.

We accept Paypal, Visa, Visa Delta, MasterCard, Maestro (Switch), Visa Electron and American Express for purchases on this site. Payment is taken when order are received.

We operate a “no quibble” returns policy, but we do request that wherever possible all orders are returned to us within 14 days of receipt if deemed unsuitable. We recommend using a track-able delivery service such as Royal Mail Recorded Delivery. We cannot be held responsible for loss or damage to goods whilst they are being returned.

Once we receive the products and have inspected them, we will either refund your payment or replace the products depending up on your request.


This returns policy applies to products bought directly from our website. If you have purchased products from other online or offline retailer then please contact them for their own returns and refund procedures.

We are happy to refund or exchange any product returned within 14 days of purchase, if it is returned in its original state, unused and in original packaging. Please email us at prior to returning your item to let us know to expect your return. Proof of purchase is required.

Refunds will be made to the card that was used in the original purchase or a cheque made payable to the card holder if the card is no longer valid. If the product returned is not in fully re-saleable condition or the packaging is damaged, we do reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item, or deduct up to 20% of the original selling price from the refund amount. This does not affect your statutory rights.

If you are returning items that are damaged, mis-shipped or the result of an error on our part, you will be refunded the total amount of the order.

Assuming the item(s) are in good condition we will then process your refund. Refunds are made to your original payment method and depending on your payment issuers policies, there may be a couple of days’ delay in being credited.
